To the 'Elle' intranet site!
This site is our new community home.
Where we will be:
making 'responsibility' fun, the 'Elle' way, by
LISTENING to each other.
EDUCATING ourselves, so that we have more to give, ourselves and our clients.
ADDING VALUE again to ourselves, our clients and our team!
There will be several blogs on the site,
I've called mine 'Bees' because of of course my initial which years ago was the trigger for Mark Story our IIP assessor to call our one on one time 'buzz time', but also because I love the story of the bee, and the fact that
"Aerodynamically the bumble bee shouldn't be able to fly, but it doesn't know that, so it goes on flying anyway"
That makes me think of us as a team, and how when we really pull together not only do we fly, but we really get the honey! :-)
I thought it would be fun if over the next couple of weeks we all see the site grow and evolve together.
This means that you will see resource areas begin to fill, 'lorem ipsum' turn to English, and the messages etc between Ian, Sharon and myself become a supportive communication area.In fact the first person who emails me with what 'lorem ipsum' means will win a prize!
I hope to get a lot of feedback and input as to what content you'd like to see on these pages, to really help our intranet grow to be something we are very proud of!
